Welcome to Cashio ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application Cashio ("App") handles your information.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Cashio is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do NOT collect:

• Personal identification information
• Financial data or transaction details
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Any data transmitted to external servers

3. Data Storage

All data you enter in Cashio is stored locally on your device only. This includes:

• Transaction records (income, expenses, transfers)
• Account information
• Budget settings
• Category preferences
• Receipt photos (if you choose to attach them)

Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or backup your data.

4. Permissions

Cashio may request the following permissions:

• Camera (Optional): To take photos of receipts for transaction records. Only used when you tap "Add Receipt".
• Photo Library (Optional): To select existing photos as receipts. Only accessed when you choose to attach a photo.
• Storage: To save app data locally and create backups on your device.

All permissions are optional. The app functions fully without granting any permissions.

5. No Internet Required

Cashio works completely offline. The app does not:

• Require an internet connection
• Send data to any servers
• Use cloud synchronization
• Connect to third-party services

6. No Advertising or Tracking

Cashio does not contain:

• Advertisements
• Analytics tracking
• Third-party SDKs that collect data
• Social media integrations

7. Data Backup and Export

You have full control over your data:

• Export: You can export your data to CSV or PDF format
• Backup: You can create local backups of all your data
• Delete: You can delete all data using the "Reset Data" option in Settings

8. Children's Privacy

Cashio does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages as it does not collect any personal information from any user.

9. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• Local-only storage (data never transmitted)
• Device-level encryption (provided by your operating system)
• No external access points

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can:

• View all your data within the app
• Export your data at any time
• Delete all data through the app settings
• Uninstall the app to remove all data
